All guest accommodation has central heating from radiators (diesel). There is mains electricity and water from the "fonte" or well.  The well produces 2.100 litres of best drinking water every day. It comes from a mine, 56 metres deep in the mountain. A constant stream of water runs through the property and its terraced grounds providing a calming atmosphere with the sound of running water.  It is possible to live in the main house and rent out the cottages or to turn the whole place into a small boutique hotel. The property is located at about 15 minutes' drive from Loulé in Central Algarve.
