This lovely country property is located in the hills just North of Loulé, a beautiful natural and authentic Portuguese area. The access is easy and there is plenty of parking space at the property. 

The original farmhouse has been refurbished and extended. The current property is ready to move into and has a great flow, all on one level! The spacious living room has a dining area and a spacious sitting area around the wood burning fire place. There is an extra sitting area with sofa just off the living room, a lovely spot for a nap or reading a book. The whole house is tiled with "wood look" tiles, adding to the rustic atmosphere. The ceilings are full height with wooden beams, which gives a sense of space. The roof has recently been fully replaced and insulated.

The kitchen is truly fabulous with its' high ceiling and window in the roof, allowing lots of light into the house. The kitchen is brand new and features Smeg appliances. The laundry functions as a "back-up" to the kitchen, with further storage space and an extra sink, the dishwasher is here too, so that during dinner parties, the main kitchen stays tidy!
